In order to select the right candidate for each job, we follow a specific application procedure. It operates as follows:
- Before the vacancy deadline you submit your letter of application with detailed CV.
- We complete an initial selection on the basis of the application letter and CV.
- If positive, we will invite you for an initial meeting with the selection panel. The latter consists of HRM specialists, direct managerial personnel and specialists in the expertise area.
- This may be followed by a second meeting or practical tests.
- The selection panel decides between the various candidates.
- We invite the selected candidate again for an in-depth job discussion.
- If the outcome is positive we proceed to a contract meeting.
- The contract is completed and signed.
